solid stay near central station

the location is great, close to the train station and major attractions. i found a jumbo grocery store nearby (quite convenient). there were numerous restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. i felt safe walking around the area.

the air conditioning controls were a bit too bright at night.

the hotel features clean toilet facilities on the ground floor . the location allows for short walks to nearby shopping areas (very practical). a nearby park offered a nice option for dog walking.

i found the hotel to be conveniently located near the train station. shopping and dining were easily accessible from the hotel. the staff at reception were friendly. i was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful.

the room was a bit outdated though functional.

the hotel features a convenient underground parking arriving by car it requires an additional fee. the hotel also offers bicycle rentals this provides an easy way to explore the surrounding area at your own pace.

breakfast offered a good selection though there's room for improvement. a yogurt machine was out of service . the hotel provides scrambled eggs instead of other egg preparations during breakfast service.

the room was spacious and the bathroom also offered ample space. the television worked well and provided a good range of channels. the option to cast content from my phone to the tv was a useful feature.

The location was great. Close to central station and an easy walk to the city center. the bed was comfortable. The pillows were too. a good selection of restaurants was nearby.

The staff was not friendly at arrival. breakfast cost a lot. The price is ridiculously expensive for what you get. i looked out on the air conditioning on the roof. The blanket was very warm and the air conditioning made a lot of noise

The lack of stairs was a SERIOUS problem. the initial room assigned was not the double room I had booked and paid extra for. The offered solution was for us to "just sleep on a single bed. " I found this UNACCEPTABLE.

dirty roomrude cleaning staff

i was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. there were several dark hairs all over the bed, both on and under the covers. i also found grime on the doorknobs and stains on the table, it was disgusting.
